Infrastructure integrator
We design and build resilient platforms for systems where downtime costs money: payments, finance, high-load services. Everything in code, fully transparent, handed over to your team.
Full cycle: from assessing where you are to a running platform and a trained team.
We assess your current infrastructure, risks and bottlenecks, then design the target architecture and a staged roadmap to get there.
We build a Kubernetes platform in your data centers or cloud: networking, clusters, storage, secrets, CI/CD and observability. Fully defined as code.
We move services off legacy platforms and foreign clouds without stopping the business, choosing open-source and local alternatives.
Security is built into the platform, not bolted on. We prepare infrastructure for audits and certification.
The principles that make infrastructure predictable for the business and transparent for auditors.
Infrastructure state lives in the repository and can be rebuilt from it. No knowledge locked in one engineer's head.
Every change goes through review and a pipeline. Each action has an author, a reason and a trace in history.
Platforms are assembled from tested, versioned modules. Results are reproducible; rollback is a version change.
We hand over knowledge, not just infrastructure: documentation, runbooks and team training.
Before any change you see exactly what will change, whether in the cloud, a cluster or a proxy config. Checks run automatically; a human approves the apply.
Every layer has exactly one owner and least-privilege access. Automation acts only from an allowlist and leaves an audit trail.
We study your infrastructure, business and regulatory requirements.
We agree on the target architecture, plan and acceptance criteria.
We build iteratively; every change goes through code and a pipeline.

Architecture from scratch: active sites plus a dedicated one for quorum and disaster recovery, with secured partner exchange layers. Every failure scenario, from losing a site to a broken inter-site link, is worked out and rehearsed in advance.
A static audit of every node for single points of failure, followed by planned and hard reboots group by group: ingress, databases, the service layer. Each violation found is fixed and re-tested.
One entry in the repository and the machine is created in the cloud, recorded in the CMDB, joined to the domain, added to the automation inventory and granted role-based access. No manual steps, no drift between systems.
A central user directory and role-based server access replace local accounts and chains of jump hosts. One entry point, session audit, and instant access revocation in one place.
Infrastructure for operations itself: secrets with SSO login, a PostgreSQL operator, automation, CI runners and monitoring. Ansible bootstraps the cluster, OpenTofu owns the platform; each layer has one owner.
Clusters with automatic leader failover, connection pooling and backups to object storage. Restores are tested regularly, not on the day of an outage.
A model audits alerts and the results of automated runbooks in Airflow, then suggests diagnostic commands and fix ideas to engineers. It has no rights to act: sensitive data is masked, and decisions and execution stay with a human.
Production machines and services moved to new addressing on a pre-planned runbook: dependencies, cut-over order and rollback were ready before work began.
Highly available monitoring and incident response with no internet access: in-house ACME, automated TLS and mTLS certificate issuance.
We assemble an engineering team for each project. Architecture is led by the founder.
